Adam Malouf
Head of Legal & Compliance

Responsible for all legal and compliance matters regarding the acquisition, financing, management, leasing and disposal of properties acquired by the Trust.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting with Merit) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, each from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Adam is the deputy chairman of the Australian Business Council - Dubai, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Director in charge of the Middle East region for the Australian-Lebanese Chamber of Commerce.

Adam has a wealth of experience in both domestic and international commercial property, financing, structuring, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions transactions. Before joining AREIT Management Limited, Adam worked with the British law firm Clyde & Co in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and before that worked for major Australian law firms, Allens Arthur Robinson and Clayton Utz, in the banking and finance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions fields. Adam resides in Dubai.
