Adam Malouf – Head of Legal & Compliance

Responsible for all legal, compliance and regulatory matters [regarding the operations of AREIT].

Assists with product development, corporate governance and strategic matters.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting with Merit) degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree, each from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Adam is the former chairman of the Australian Business Council – Dubai, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Hawkamah Institute for Corporate Governance and the Director in charge of the Middle East region for the Australian-Lebanese Chamber of Commerce.

Adam has over 10 years of experience in both regional and international property, financing, structuring, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Before joining AREIT, Adam worked with British law firm Clyde & Co in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and before that worked for major Australian law firms, Allens Arthur Robinson and Clayton Utz, in the banking and finance, property, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions fields.

Adam joined AREIT in 2006 and resides in Dubai.
