Responsible for all acquisitions and transactions post acquisition, contributes to investment strategy and asset selection at an early stage, leasing and management of properties acquired by the Trust and ensuring that strategies are diligently pursued to a successful conclusion.

Thirteen years of real estate experience, ten years of which were gained whilst working within the London property market. Worked within major organisations such as CB Hillier Parker, House of Fraser, Dubai International Financial Centre and Tourism and Development Investment Company (Abu Dhabi). Areas of expertise are valuations, asset management, property management and development of commercial properties. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Ali resides in Dubai.
