Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Engineering Management from the American University of Sharjah. Mustafa is a member of the Society of Engineers (UAE) and has previously held the office of President of the American Society of Civil Engineers/Student Chapter in the Middle East Region.

Mustafa has more than 5 years of experience in construction, projects and facilities management. Areas of expertise include planning, cost estimation, procurement, operation management, building refurbishment and health and safety. Before joining AREIT, Mustafa worked for the Gulf Real Estate Consortium (GRESCO) Facility Services where he was responsible for managing an AED 500 million portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial units. Mustafa resides in Dubai.
