Responsible for the successful facilities management of all assets.

Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Engineering Management from the American University of Sharjah. Mustafa is a member of the Society of Engineers (UAE) and is a member of and has previously held the office of President of the American Society of Civil Engineers/Student Chapter ASCE in the Middle East region.

Mustafa has more than 6 years of experience in construction, projects and facilities management. His areas of expertise include planning, cost estimation, procurement, operation management, building refurbishment and health and safety. Before joining AREIT, Mustafa worked for Gulf Real Estate Consortium (GRESCO) Facility Services where he was responsible for managing a AED500 million portfolio of commercial, residential, health care, retail, and industrial units.

Mustafa joined AREIT in 2007 and resides in Dubai.
