Responsible for the preparation of all financial statements and reporting requirements and assistance with all regulatory and compliance issues.

Philippa holds a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree from the University of Portsmouth, UK. Philippa also holds a CFA UK Level 3 Certificate in Investment Management and is a member of the CFA Society of the UK.

Philippa has previously worked for several international companies including HSBC.

Philippa joined AREIT in 2005 and resides in Dubai.
